Until now, creative collaboration tools have been fragmented and single-player. Artists have relied on multiple legacy tools for drawing, sharing, and project management, making seamless collaboration challenging.
Magma changes that. Our browser-based platform offers all these tools in one place, accessible from anywhere, enabling real-time and asynchronous collaboration. Inspired by Radek's journey to become a digital artist and his need to collaborate with friends across the ocean, Magma was created to fill a crucial gap and facilitate seamless teamwork among artists globally.
We applied our experience from Techstars to build Magma, launching at Lightbox Expo 2020. Our platform quickly proved its value, enabling a fully remote art event during the pandemic. Today, over 2 million artists use Magma to make, share, and explore art together. We aim to be the Figma for Art, building a single digital home where artists and art enthusiasts can seamlessly collaborate and thrive.

We do 2-3 short interviews, then pay you to do some real-life, or close to real-life, work:
Our talent team will review your application. We’re looking to see how your skills and experience align with our needs.
45 minutes. Our goal is to explore your motivations to join our team, learn why you’d be a great fit, and answer any questions about us.
60 minutes, varies by role. You'll meet the hiring team who will evaluate the skills needed to be successful in your role.
Paid day of work. You’ll join a standup, meet the team, and work on a task related to your role, offering a realistic view of what it’s like working at Magma. The day includes:
Kick-Off Session: Introduction with the Lead and task assignment.
Leadership Meet: A session with the leadership team.
Focus Time: Dedicated time to work on the assigned task.
Peer Review: Evaluation and feedback from the team.
